All furniture and mattresses are completely new. You have independent access to the house, a garage, and 2 bicycles at no additional cost for transportation to the beach, which is 2 km away. The accommodation is on the upper floor, independent; you have to climb a staircase. The air-conditioned family room has a private bathroom, and you can use the garage, kitchen, and its utensils. Guest access: The entire upper floor and the garage. Other highlights: You need to activate the water heater for hot water; the house has a security system and a safe. The beach is 2 km from the house, but we provide 2 bicycles free of charge.
