Casa Colonial Gustavo y Yalina

Casa Colonial Gustavo y Yalina is a grand colonial house built in 1890 by a coffee trader from Marseille. It was fully renovated in 2006 and expanded with two additional floors in 2012-2013. The house has been passed down through Gustavo's great-grandfather. Located on a quiet street, it offers a pleasant living room and six well-equipped rooms with split-type air conditioning, internet access (WIFI), and a safe. Each room has its own private bathroom and a lovely covered terrace. A new independent entrance at the front (guests have the key) leads to the upper floor, which features a mini living room, a kitchenette, and five rooms. On the new floors, there are four air-conditioned rooms, each with its private bathroom (including one on the rooftop with a terrace). Each room offers the option to dine in their preferred spot, whether it's near the kitchenette or on one of the two terraces overlooking the sea.
