Very nice apartment fully equipped with mezzanine areas and hand-painted walls with tropical themes as well as very nice details. From the balcony you can see the Malecón 1 minute away. Excellent location near many good restaurants, in the most authentic and safe neighborhood in the city. We have staff who, upon request, take care of breakfast, dinner and cleaning. We offer numerous services such as tours, vintage cars, taxis, massages, laundry. 5 beds available. The decoration is very careful with really nice details. The blue room is located on a white mezzanine above the lobby. The tropical room has a very nice bathroom on the mezzanine. It is a small joy where you can pleasantly spend your vacation days. If the reservation is for 2 people, the blue room will be offered. If you request the green room, you must pay a supplement of 15 euros or USD. From the street stairs to the first floor with very safe independent access I live 2 minutes away so I am always available for any eventuality. Check-in takes place at my house: Casa Densil, Calle Perseverancia 65 between San Lázaro and Lagunas. Then we take you to your accommodation, which is a 2-minute walk away.
